MANAGING DIRECTOR

The founder of Rainmakers Group. He was the Sales Manager of Pak Chun Group who has more than 7 years sales experience in the real estate industry. He started with outstanding personal achievement as one of the youngest top achievers in both primary and secondary markets back in Pak Chun Group, then he started to lead in 2019 which his team became one of the top in the industry.

To date, he and his team have managed to close more than 300 new projects with total GDV of RM100Million by focusing on the selected projects, such as M Oscar @ Sri Petaling, The Pano @ Jalan Ipoh, J Dupion Residence @ Cheras, Union Suites @ Bandar Sunway, Laguna Residence @ SS7, and Residensi Laman Sari @ Selayang. 

Nevertheless, he is also the director to other company in different industries :

SHAUN TAN

SALES DIRECTOR

The founder of Rainmakers Group. He began his career as a Marketing Trainee after graduated, who major in Bachelor Degree in Business Development. He had promoted to Sales Manager with exceeded sales plan by 34% and held Top 1 Performance ranking in a year. He joined real estate industry as a negotiator in the year of 2018 influenced by Lens Chan. He had broke a sales record by achieved the sales of RM20Million in 3 months. With the flying colours result, they started Rainmakers Group.
